stayed in the apartment for 1 week, had a lovely stay, very clean, well equipped, home from home accommodation. Well situated and close to everything. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.
We have been to Dartmouth very many times in the last 36 years so I do not really need to say that it is a great place to visit as I always need my Dartmouth fix. We ( myself and my husband) had 2 weeks staying at The Porthole and we could not have asked for better accommodation. The apartment is perfectly placed just one minutes walk from Bayards Cove. It is beautifully furnished and equipped ... I even made use of the washing machine which was a bonus. I particularly enjoyed the window seat which was great for soaking up the sun. We would not hesitate to book The Porthole again..... Great position and excellent value for money ..We could not have asked for more.
We stayed in this lovely apartment in June.It was beautifully kept up and well equipped and very central and easily accessible, even for my mother who walks with a stick.Owner left us wine,flowers,crisps and milk which was very welcoming. Dartmouth is an unspoilt picturesque town with lots of nice trips including boat and steam train trips.Would unreservedly recommend both Dartmouth and the apartment.
