A grade II listed building, oozing lots of charm and very comfortable. Nigel (the host) is super duper friendly and cooks up a great breakfast. A wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Had a fantastic time at Townstal Farmhouse. The room was lovely and the breakfast first class. Very clean. Dont be put off by the hill as there is a regular and reliable bus service from outside the Farmhouse to the harbour.Pete from Bristol
The hosts are lovely, very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, they came with a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk. Short walk away from town and the college, although walking back will bring you up a very steep hill (even the cars struggled).Overall a lovely place to stay, little on the expensive side but you pay for beauty, comfort and convenience.
What a lovely place! Room was a good size with everything you could need. It was very clean as was the en suit bathroom. The breakfasts were generously sized and tasted lovely. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend a visit here.
