Well, my experience of dealing with RGC in Dartmouth was an unusual affair. When entering the showroom on a particularly warm day I was impressed by the setting they had the air conditioning on. Pretty quickly the beads that were once running down my back ceased to drip but it wasn't long before I noticed that they had turned into little drops of ice which then made my spine tingle. I thought this was strange for an air conditioning unit to do but it wasn't until I approached the counter that I realised it wasn't the air con that was chilling the air, it was the lady (I use the word loosely) stood behind it! Never before had I purchased items from any store and felt like I was in trouble for doing so. I thought she must be the owner as well as I cannot believe a company would let someone with her customer skills be employed. Thankfully I didn't have to stay in there too long as I would have had found it difficult to explain to a doctor how I'd got hyperthermia on a sunny day.
