Whenever you book an appointment you have to phone up on the morning , to the fine they have none left, also when I came in last time I must of waited over 15mins over my seen time to actually get see by someone.
Not happy today have not been able to receive treatment and been left in pain all day, the doctor called within school run time, and you would think they use their common sense and not do this when you have children so I obviously missed the 2 calls within the half an hour I was doing that, I am in pain and in need of medication which I now have to get at a+e at hospital because this surgery hasn't treated me which is appalling service, I came with my old doctors from Withycombe Lodge which was a very good practice, and it's a shame I'm now having to leave Dr Nolan behind and move surgeries after this experience, as I've been left today in pain to seek treatment at hospital I'm sure he would understand why unfortunately.
Been at surgery for over 40 years seen lots of changes but always excellent.Cannot fault surgery in any way.
Called to say that my breathing was so loud and raspy it was waking me up at night. Answer: "If you don't feel well, give us a call!" Excuse me? What do you think I was doing? Finally got to see someone the following week. I had pneumonia. Worst. Surgery. Ever.
Terribly rude and generally useless receptionists that never get a Dr to call you back when they say they will.Receptionists want to know everything and seem to try and diagnose if you should or shouldnt be allowed to see a Dr if youre even lucky enough to be able to get an appointment, even if you ring up at 8am.Make sure you tell them you work and cant wait, they always hold some free.1 Star for the whole place, its a shame as the Drs tend to be good.
