We went sea kayaking out from the marina. The tide was going out so it's a bit muddy getting your boat down and getting in but not bad. There is a car park where you can pay for parking by your card which was really helpful. The marina isn't protected from wind so be careful going in and out. There are also water taps where you can wash your equipment afterwards as well.
Never park here !!!!!!! We pulled in to marina car park met by lady in marina uniform who said park where you can but buy a ticket! Doesnt matter if you stay over long as you buy a ticket!! Did as told Then get 100 fine though post!!!!!! Nice
I found the advise given was honest, impartial and the finished product delivered was was superb. As a company I found their customer service to be of a very high standard and that they were interested in me as a customer. Overall my experience left me feeling that I was dealing with a professional customer orientated company .
A man is known by the company he keeps, Darthaven Marine employs a company called Premier Parking Solutions and there lowly 1 star rating is quickly rubbing off on Darthaven Marina. I experience terrible customer service from both after being prevent from leaving the car park due to a train blocking the level crossing. I would encourage anyone who has issues parking there to contact the marina director (details available on their website) and raise any problems they have experienced.
